With design and functionality as our key performance indicators, ClickUp quickly earned its place at the top of our list. It’s refreshing to see a new tool changing the industry, especially with the best customer service we’ve ever seen. And trust me, we’ve dealt with just about all of them.
We were shocked by the inherent clarity of this tool leading to the fastest onboarding process of any of the apps we reviewed. We believe that great design will become the new standard for all software, personal or enterprise. The tool was created out of frustrations with the current industry leaders, and was perfected for the company’s internal teams. A combination of the best features from Asana, Basecamp, and JIRA
ClickUp has all the features the other guys have, that is if you want them. A core philosophy of ClickUp is avoiding the ‘bloated’ feel, that’s why you’re in control of picking features you need, and turning the others off.
But the real golden nuggets are proprietary features ClickUp has created that no one else has. Our personal favorites are Assigning Comments and Image Mockups.
Gone are the days of everything getting lost in comments. ClickUp allows you to Assign comments that require any action, essentially creating a little mini-task out of a comment.
And as any project manager knows, tasks are almost always correlated with visual design. ClickUp is a huge sigh of relief for me and my team. We’re pretty small and were super frustrated with the previous platform we were using. Since switching to ClickUp we have been so impressed by how responsive their team has been. We’ve had some concerns about not having task dependencies, however, they’ve assured us this is on the road map. The interface is very intuitive and there was not much of a learning curve like our previous software. The whole team was able to jump in and start using this tool almost instantaneously. ClickUp has improved our team collaboration by a LONG SHOT.
Can’t imagine using anything else now we’ve switched over

I love this software. Easy to use and learn, gives you the ability to customize the platform, and the customer service goes above and beyond. They seem to constantly be adding new features, I requested due dates and they added the feature within a week.

ClickUp has helped to make our work day more organized and allows us to stay on top of tasks and projects. Their CS reps have been responsive with any questions that we’ve had along the way.
SO impressed with their support team and how flexible this platform is. I’ve bothered them over 10 times with ideas that I would like to see added to the platform and they ACTUALLY listen. For example: they’ll be adding color schemes soon (for those that don’t love purple or want to maintain brand identity within the tool). I’m a minimalist freak so the simple UI is very appealing to me!
Happy I made the switch over from Trello to clickup. While they’re missing a few things on my list..they’re releasing new features every week.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! They’re a new tool and I’m waiting on Gantt Charts, but the customer service has been out of this world…I’m willing to wait. They seem to be rolling out new features very quickly!
Great software for a good price!
We’ve utilized the trial to the fullest in exploring many features of the product, going through the tutorials, revamping our whole workflow to better fit the clickup ecosystem, and just using it instead of Asana on a day-to-day basis. The biggest killer feature by far is the assigned comments. That really helps straighten out a bunch of workarounds we had to do in Asana.
I think the website is formatted beautifully and love the design scheme (i’m a sucker for purple)
