LeaderTask is a simple and convenient task management software built to help manage time, create to-do lists, and organize documents. This solution gives you and your team an easy way to plan meetings, improve collaboration on tasks and projects, as well as to store contacts and any information related to them.
Their main view is divided into three sections where you have the ability select a due date, add tasks and notes, as well as gain on overview of your to-dos in the calendar view. Within this software, you’ll find exceptional features like pop-up reminders, email task creation, a newly added Kanban board, and a tree structure for Projects that helps you and your team stay organized and collaborate effectivity. Unfortunately, the tool is not very robust as it lacks advanced features like reporting and dependencies. After using the software, I would say that LeaderTask is a combination of OneNote’s UI and Trello’s basic functionality.
My favorite part of this platform is by far the eight parameter filtering feature! This functionality makes it easy to track down any information you’re looking for, whether you’re filtering based off importance, by tag, or by color. Another impressive feature is the ability to work without internet access. Their offline mode allows you to continue working on your tasks and will automatically sync to your dashboard the next time you’re connected to internet.
For only $49.90/user/year you can take full advantage of all the features that LeaderTask has to offer. They do have a free version, however, it’s missing a ton of functionality.
LeaderTask would be ideal for small teams and/or personal use! If you’re looking to gain visibility into the status and progression of a project as well as improve time management skills this would be a great solution for you.

Really loving this platform! It’s easy to plan meetings with colleagues and appointments with clients. Their user interface could use some updating to be more visually appealing but I don’t mind it for now!!
LeaderTask’s interfaces for both its software and mobile application are clean and easy to navigate. Some of the software’s advanced task management features are complicated to learn. I agree with Sara too, the UI needs a lot of work!
Not the best… needs a lot of improvement.
Love the calendar view, notifications to my email, and that I have the ability to assign tasks to people. That being said, there isn’t anything that sets the app apart from a lot of the other softwares we’ve tried.
